Ingredients:
3 Carrots
1/4 Red Cabbage
1/4 Cauliflower
1/2 a Bag of frozen Beans
1/2 a Broccoli
One large brown onion (Skin removed)
1/3 Red Capsicum, cut into slices
1/3 Yellow capsicum. cut into slices
1/2 a bag of frozen peas
1/2 a bag of frozen corn
One tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spices:
Turmeric
Chives
Mixed Herbs
Italian Herbs
Ginger Powder
Garlic Powder
Chilli Powder
Himalayan Rock Pink Salt
Water
First, add all the vegetables to a large cooking pot, then add the water and oil. Bring to a boil and stir. Add all the spices to combine the flavours.
