Mixed Vegetables and Rice Vermicelli

Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Add Rice vermicelli. Break rice vermicelli into the stainless steel fry pan not too much.

 

While cooking add a mixed blend of herbs and spices, to the vegetables add water and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.

 

Taste it before serving, if it is too strong add a little more water, if it is to light in flavour add more herbs.
Add pink Himalayan rock salt to the mix not too much and don’t forget the black peppercorns.
